Arrive into a sacred nest, with a cup of Blue Lotus Tea. Come settle in, and then begin a beautiful journey of yin yoga, to the sounds of soothing crystal bowls.
Gemma will guide you through a gentle, floor-based Yin Yoga practice to release deep physical tension and improve flexibility through long, passive holds.
As you settle into stillness, Leticia will bathe the room in the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, calming your nervous system and clearing mental clutter. The perfect antidote to stress. You will leave feeling entirely grounded, spacious, and ready for a blissful night’s sleep. All levels welcome; just bring a mat and cozy layers.
