Christchurch In Person Group Meeting for Those Affected by ME/CFS and Long Covid

We warmly invite you to join us at our next in-person meeting in Christchurch on Wednesday, 25th February at 1pm.
Nurse Wendy Dragt will be sharing some guidance on energy management, including ideas and aids for coping as well as possible when we live with a chronic illness that involves extreme exhaustion and a broken energy system.

✦ Meeting Details: ✦
✦ On Wednesday, 25th February at 1 pm to 3pm
✦ The venue is spacious and has comfy lounge chairs and padded side chairs with armrests.
✦ Afternoon tea is from 2pm to 3pm and is a great time to connect with others. Gluten free and dairy free options always available.
✦ There is plenty of off-street parking on site at the lovely Mary Potter Community Centre, 442 Durham St North, St Albans.
✦ Our in-person meetings in Christchurch are held on the last Wednesday of each month.
