Zumba Happy with Justine! Fitness, fun, friendship!

1:15 pm this Tuesday enjoy a FREE Zumba Gold class at the Selwyn Swell, Selwyn Sports Centre. Never tried it, give it a go, or come talk to us at Stand No. 78.

There will also be a beginners FREE Have-a-Go class 10.30 am Friday 24th October Lincoln Event Centre. Zumba Gold is dance fitness for everyone but was specifically designed for active seniors. We are Strength & Balance accredited with Live Stronger for Longer.
