DJ Global Harmonizer brings another super fresh dance journey to the dancefloor!
Ecstatic Dance is a global movement dance event for open and beautiful souls from all walks of life. You’re never to old – and never too young!
The guidelines we follow in the dance:
Be present – without phones or cameras
Be embodied – without chit chat.
Be clear – with no alcohol or drugs.
Be consensual – with communication.
Be here – with no outside shoes.
Be free – dance how you want to.
No Judgements – be authentic.
When we step on the dance floor, we include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.
We open the doors at 7pm with relaxing, reflective, meditative music. You can stretch, meditate or move – but please no chit chat as this interrupts others.
At 7.20 we welcome you to the dance and the DJ’d journey begins. At about 8.50pm we lay down and catch our breath, relax and become grounded – while listening to sweet sounds. We close with a group circle where we can all speak [or not] and get to know each other a little better.
