Family Dependence Trauma Workshop

Welcome to an eight-week course for women who have grown up with parents or caregivers who have dependencies.​

Vicky-Ann clarifies and educates while providing space for reflection and healing interventions.​

Substance dependency and process dependency are looked at through the lens of “Little t Trauma” and how that has shaped childhood experiences and relationships.​

Vicki-Ann has had extensive psychodrama training, led numerous workshops, and completed a creative
therapy certificate. ​

She brings a unique perspective to this topic and the therapeutic process towards healing. ​
