From 12PM – 7PM, Riverside will come alive with fire, flavour, music, dance, and entertainment as Fire & Spice returns with more stalls, more performances, and more reasons to brave the winter chill.

This year, many of your favourite Riverside eateries will be taking the cooking outdoors, firing up their grills, smokers, and flames around the market for a truly immersive Fire & Spice experience.

THE RIVERSIDE SPICY FOOD EATING COMPETITION
Think you’ve got what it takes?
Hosted by Shay Horay, this year’s competition is an R18 spicy food showdown where brave competitors will battle through 5 increasingly fiery rounds featuring spicy wings, loaded fries, ramen soup, tacos, and more.
The rules are simple:
Survive each round. Keep eating. Don’t tap out. Last person standing wins.
And then there’s…
POOR DECISIONS ROUND
Contestants will face Shay’s Wheel of Pain, where fate decides which of Spicy Boy’s legendary hot sauces they’ll have to tackle on a chicken wing.
Some spins bring glory.
Some bring tears.
All bring consequences.
