This time, we’re diving into the award-winning Curiosity Gin Collection – a line-up of five distinct gins, each with its own bold personality and story.
Each gin will be served as a bespoke cocktail and perfectly paired with a small plate crafted by our Executive Head Chef Kathryn Ahu and Head Chef David Sabouri. – creating five flavour-packed pairings designed to surprise and delight
