5:45 – 6:45pm. Before my monthly Gong Bath

This is a gentle, accessible yoga class designed to support all bodies, whether you’re new to yoga or more experienced.

Blending myofascial release (MFR) with restorative yin, this practice is here to help your body soften and unwind, gently guiding your nervous system back toward a more balanced parasympathetic state where rest and repair can happen.

Each session is intuitive and may shift from month to month, but the focus stays the same. Slow, grounding yin shapes, supported rest, and targeted MFR to work into those sticky areas of tension, especially through the shoulders, hips, and deeper connective tissue. Sometimes a little gentle flow may be woven in if the body calls for it.

There’s no pushing here. You’re invited to move at your own pace, with options to rest, modify, or simply be.

The intention is simple, to create space in the body, release what’s been held, and support a deeper sense of ease.

This class also acts as a gentle preparation for the Gong Bath that follows, helping the body unwind and become more receptive to the sound journey.

You’re welcome to join the class on its own, or stay for the full evening experience.
