There’s been a lot of discussion recently about potential “edge housing” in the Ōtākaro Avon Red Zone.
For many, this brings uncertainty, concern, and important questions about the future of this land and our communities.
We’re hosting an open community forum to bring people together:

Hear from those involved in the space
Share facts and perspectives
Explore what could be possible
Workshop community views to feed back into Council decision-making ahead of August
