Waitangi Weekend is coming up fast, and it’s time to get excited for a full long weekend of classic jet boating on the Waimakariri River.
Jet Boating New Zealand Canterbury officially invites you to the Saucy Jane Historic Weekend, a relaxed and social celebration of classic jet boats, jet-boating heritage, and the people who keep that history alive.
 When: Friday 6 – Sunday 8 February 2026
 Where: JBNZ Waimak Ramp, State Highway 1
 In support of: Jet Boating NZ Heritage Trust
What’s On
• Friday afternoon river run
• Saturday morning classic river run
• Swap meet and car boot sale
• BBQ lunch supplied by the Heritage Trust
• Optional “Take a Mate” classic boat experience
• Saturday night dinner at the Racecourse Hotel
• Sunday morning river run
