Sea Signals – Public Opening

Sea Signals – Public Opening Celebration
Join us to celebrate Sea Signals, a public art festival for ocean conservation, with a special opening night at Flare Art Co-op.

This public opening brings the festival indoors, featuring an exhibition of works by both local artists and Sea Signals festival artists, including Fintan Magee, Kell Sunshine, Nick Lowry and more. Alongside the murals activating the city, the exhibition offers a chance to experience artists’ studio practices, ideas and works up close.

Come together with artists, collaborators, supporters and the wider community to celebrate the kaupapa of Sea Signals, where art, environment and storytelling meet.

Location: Flare Art Co-op @ The Crossing
Time: 6.30–8.30pm
What: Public opening + celebration of the Sea Signals festival
Featuring: Local artists + Sea Signals festival artists

All welcome. This is a relaxed, celebratory evening marking the culmination of the festival and the collective effort behind it.
