A workshop focused on educating and empowering women through the lens of healthy relationships and family harm awareness.
Join us for a 4-hour session based on SHE’s successful SHE Grows program and are designed to provide an introductory overview of key topics, including:
What is a healthy relationship?
Red flags and warning signs of harm
The cycle of violence and power/control dynamics
Boundaries, consent, and communication
Identity, self-worth, and healing
Safety planning and available support options
Sessions are facilitated by qualified family harm practitioners to provide a safe and supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect.
