Talk and Workshop: Nadine Hura responds to Ana Iti

Join us for a special free talk with writer Nadine Hura (Ngāti Hine, Ngāpuhi, Pākehā) as she responds to the work of Ana Iti (Te Rarawa, Ngāi Tūpoto, Ngāti Here) in the current exhibition ‘Ngahere Behind a Pile of Metal’. The talk is followed by a paid zine-making workshop in the Education Centre.

Nadine Hura’s work connects literature, social policy and environmental justice. Author of the acclaimed essay collection ‘Slowing the Sun’, her writing situates indigenous reclamation as a creative practice.
