Willie’s Open Mic Is Back!
New Venue, a more acoustic set up, at a nice reasonable early time and hoping to make new friends.
There will be acoustic guitar and bass available. guitar amp by request.
As we settle in, more things may be available. Not really a drum kit venue, but hand percussion ok.
A new feature for singers that don’t play an instrument or have troubles finding someone to back them, I will have access to a backing track system and have a discrete av monitor on stage, and can provide Bluetooth for their own devices. so not karaoke, more singer assist. and all performers will get the same stage time.
As it is a Family licensed venue, Parents can bring the younger ones in to perform also.
Three songs to a maximum stage time of 15 minutes is what we will be aiming for.
Please tune your instruments and be ready for the stage and set up quickly, so we can fit in as many performers as we can.
Looking forward to seeing old friends and perhaps new friends too!
