Welcome to EventsHub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services we provide to help you find sport events, shows, street performances and other activities across New Zealand. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Visitor in this term is a person, who is not registered on our service as a user. We have separate privacy policy and terms of service for registered users.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

EventsHub provides a map-based service to locate sport events, shows, street performances and other activities. Visitors can view real-time locations, schedules, and performers’ information.

Visitor Conduct

Respect performers and their performance spaces.

Do not use the map to harass or abuse performers.

Ensure your actions comply with local laws and regulations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the service, including but not limited to maps, graphics, and text, are the property of the users, who posted these materials. They are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

Submit Event Form

By filling ‘Submit Event’ form you agree that the information provided including, but not limited by event address, date, time, description, picture, source of the event information and your name are subject to moderation by our staff. After moderation the event submitted will be published under EventsHub user name.

Your contact details provided in the form field ‘How can we contact you?’ is required solely when we need to contact you regarding the event you submitted. This information will not be published in the event card. If you need any contact details to be published in the event card, please, provide them in ‘description’ field of the form.

We reserve the right to research about the event submitted in the Internet and in person, as required for understanding the event’s nature, category and copyright permissions.

Limitation of Liability

EventsHub is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of performers’ locations or schedules. We do our best to ensure a good faith of the users when they publish their information on our website; however, we are not responsible for any information posted on our service by users. If you feel the published information is breaking any laws, please, click ‘REPORT’ button and/or contact us, so we can negotiate it with the user or/and remove it from the website.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

EventsHub may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes occur, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Effective” date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
