Many thanks for joining our friendly network of enthusiasts, who love to share positive emotions across the nation. Our service is founded by a performing musician and EventsHub was created as a response to the community request to have the single place where all of the entertainers, venues, street performers, buskers and other performers can post their locations and schedules in a real-time.

Despite of fact that you just joined the close community of enthusiasts, who bring the laugh and happiness for audience, we have to set up some legal rules, terms and condition. This will allow us to know each other responsibilities and protect each other from possible misunderstanding and legal collisions.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our service we provide to help you increase your audience, collaborate with other performers and venues and find the best spots for your performance. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • “Content” refers to performance dates, locations, and related information posted by users.

User Responsibilities

The company is not responsible for user-generated content.

Users understand that the company does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any content on the website.

The service provided for users free of charge.

All of the users’ posted events are subject to moderation by our team. If the content does not meet requirements of the terms of service, we reserve the right to contact the user, modify the content or reject it.

Users must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. The company does not support any events related to political demonstrations or strikes, please, do not use our service for such type of events.

Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their content but grant the Company a license to display and distribute it on the platform, including blog and Company’s social networks. The company holds rights to its platform design and functionality.

Limited liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage or loss from using the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of performer locations or schedules.

We do our best to ensure a good faith of the users when they publish their information on our website; however, we are not responsible for any information posted on our service by users. If you feel the published information is breaking any laws, please, contact us, so we can negotiate it with the performer or/and remove it from the website.

Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify the company against claims related to user content or breach of terms.

The Company reserve the right to provide any details to any law enforcing agencies should the Company believe the information posted on the website is unlawful.
